7. Prices and Payments

Payment must be completed through an approved payment provider before access to a paid program is granted, unless a payment plan or other arrangement has been expressly offered.

8. 14-Day Course Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-Day Course Satisfaction Guarantee for eligible self-paced digital courses purchased directly from Enlighten My Soul.
To qualify for a refund:
1. You must request the refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
2. You must not have completed more than 25% of the purchased course at the time of your request.
3. You must submit your request to [email protected], including the email address associated with your purchase.
Course completion will be determined using available learning-platform progress records.
If your request qualifies, we will process a refund to your original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded course may be revoked.
This guarantee does not limit any additional refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Important: This policy applies to eligible self-paced courses. Bundles, payment plans, live programs, private sessions, mentorship, and VIP experiences may have additional or different terms, which must be disclosed before purchase.
9. Private Sessions and Mentorship
Private coaching, mentorship, and VIP experiences are subject to the scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund conditions disclosed when booking.
Any applicable terms must be presented before a customer commits to purchasing those services.
10. Intellectual Property
All original course materials, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, written content, branding, graphics, and other materials provided by Enlighten My Soul are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a program grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly share, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
